ku9ap Terms & Conditions

1 General Provisions

ku9ap (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", or "our") is an online casino and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between ku9ap and you ("User" or "Member").

By using any part of the platform, logging in, or accessing any service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms must be read together with ku9ap's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. Those documents are also an integral part of these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Limit

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account and use services on ku9ap:

• You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
• You must be a person legally residing in Bangladesh.
• You must be legally capable of participating in online gaming or betting activities.
• You must not be a resident of any region where such online activities are expressly prohibited.

At the time of account registration or at any stage thereafter, ku9ap may request a valid government-issued ID (national ID card, passport, etc.) to verify identity and age. This process is carried out for the protection of all users.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one ku9ap account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person, from the same IP address, or from the same household is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, both accounts may be closed and all bonuses will be cancelled.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

The information you provide when creating an account (name, date of birth, phone number, payment details) must be completely accurate and up to date. If false information is provided, ku9ap reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any balance.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You must not allow any third party to use your account. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account. Any unauthorized access must be reported immediately to [email protected].

3.4 KYC Verification

ku9ap follows a "Know Your Customer" (KYC) process. Before large withdrawals or in cases of suspicious activity, ku9ap may request identity verification documents. If the required documents are not submitted, the withdrawal process may be put on hold.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

ku9ap offers various types of bonuses and promotions. These bonuses are provided under specific conditions, and bonus funds cannot be withdrawn unless those conditions are met.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x) the bonus amount. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount, not the total balance. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus can be claimed only once.
• ku9ap reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• ku9ap may change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses have no cash equivalent or alternative.

5 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ku9ap supports only the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits and withdrawals are not possible through any method other than these four.

5.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing time is typically 5–30 minutes.

5.3 Account Ownership

Deposits and withdrawals must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Transactions through third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before processing a withdrawal request, ku9ap will confirm that all bonus wagering requirements have been met. If there is any inconsistency in the payment process or fraud is suspected, ku9ap may request additional verification.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ku9ap platform. If such behavior is detected, the account may be closed and the balance forfeited:

• Bonus abuse: specifically manipulating play solely to exploit bonuses.
• Collaborative betting: placing coordinated bets from multiple accounts.
• Use of software or bots: placing bets through automated betting software or artificial intelligence.
• Hacking: attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Money laundering: using ku9ap as a vehicle for money laundering.
• Third-party accounts: placing bets on behalf of someone else or into another person's account.
• Fraud or deception: any type of fraudulent activity.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Operation

All games available on ku9ap are operated through third-party software providers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. These games run on Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play.

7.2 Bet Outcomes

Game results recorded on ku9ap's servers will be considered final. If a game result is affected by a disconnection or technical error, ku9ap will take the necessary action.

7.3 Sports Betting

In the sports betting section, bets can be placed on cricket (including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi, and other sporting events. Odds are valid at the time recorded on the server; if an event is cancelled or postponed, ku9ap will settle bets according to standard rules.

7.4 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error and no result is recorded on ku9ap's servers, the bet amount for that round will be returned to the user's balance.

8 Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, graphics, software, databases, and other materials on the ku9ap platform are the intellectual property of ku9ap or its licensors. Copying, distributing, publishing, or using these assets commercially without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable permission to access the platform for personal, non-commercial use only.

9 Limitation of Liability

ku9ap's services are provided on an "as is" basis. ku9ap is not responsible for the following:

• Loss in bets or games due to internet disconnection.
• Faults in the user's device, software, or third-party services.
• Hacking, cyberattacks, or any other illegal activity by third parties.
• Temporary service interruptions due to routine maintenance or upgrades.
• Game results not meeting the user's expectations.

ku9ap is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 ku9ap's Rights

ku9ap may temporarily or permanently suspend any account in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Failure to provide KYC documents.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• At the direction of a legal or regulatory authority.

10.2 User's Rights

You may close your account at any time of your own choosing. In that case, the active balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned if withdrawal conditions are met. A self-exclusion option is also available on the Responsible Gaming page.

11 Dispute Resolution

If you have an objection or complaint about any matter, please follow the steps below:

• Step 2: The ku9ap support team will review your complaint and attempt to resolve it.
• Step 3: If a resolution cannot be reached by mutual agreement, appropriate measures will be taken to settle the matter through a suitable channel.

12 Amendment & Effectiveness of Terms

ku9ap reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these Terms at any time. Users will be given appropriate notice of any significant changes.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. The latest Terms will always be available on this page.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
